All orders made before 3pm on business days will be shipped out on the same day. 

We offer both Standard and Express Shipping options via Aus Post. Sienna Lashes is happy to offer free Standard Postage for all Australian orders over $50AU. Within Australia, you can expect the following delivery times:

• AusPost Express: 1-3 business days
• AusPost Standard Parcel Post: 2-10 business days

Please note that these delivery times will vary for orders outside of Australia.

Your parcel will have tracking. To track your order please refer to your shipping confirmation email and click to view your order. Your tracking number will be available on this order confirmation page after the notification of shipping email has been received. If it is not there immediately, please give the page up to 1 hour to update.
